“On behalf of Matt and I, we would like to thank you so much for conducting our ceremony on 15th July. The ceremony was so personal and engaging and it just meant so much to both of us. This is a memory which we will cherish us forever.”

— Matt & Kuli – July 2021

Congratulations on your Engagement!!

What an exciting time for you both, organising and planning your big day.

I am guessing if you are reading this you are exploring the possibility of working with a Celebrant to deliver a bespoke ceremony for you that reflects your personalities and love story.

Here is some information to help you decide and hopefully allow me the privilege of creating and delivering a ceremony just for you.

Why have a Celebrant-led Ceremony?

It is so important that you chose a celebrant that you connect with and who you can trust to deliver your ceremony exactly the way you want it to be.  Knowing that your ceremony is in good hands can relieve you of unwanted stress on the run up to your wedding.  Knowing that I will be there to support you, your partner, and your family through the first part of your day will be very comforting and allow you to concentrate on each other.  I am a true believer that the tone, the feel & the atmosphere created during the ceremony will set you up for the most wonderful day you could imagine.

Choice of Venue.

Having a celebrant gives you the flexibility to hold your ceremony in a wide range of indoor or outdoor venues, you can have your wedding anywhere whether it’s licensed or not. A marquee, on the beach, in the countryside, just think of the possibilities!!

Choice of Ceremony.

The type of ceremony you choose to mark this special occasion is entirely up to you. You can include anything you feel will reflect your personalities to ensure it is unique to you. It maybe that you wish to combine traditional elements with your own ideas, include religious content, music, a poem, or readings that will enable family members of close friends to be involved in the actual ceremony.

Unity rituals are also another great way to add another layer of meaning to the ceremony before exchanging rings and vows.  There are ceremony rituals to fit any couples style or faith such as handfasting, lighting candles, sand layering or a Jewish Glass Smash and I would be more than happy to weave this into your ceremony.

I also embrace new ideas and welcome different ways to create and deliver the right ceremony for you.

To explore if I am the right celebrant for you & your partner gather  your ideas together, grab a drink, sit down and lets chat to explore if I am the right Celebrant for you.

Get in touch.

If you would like to have an informal chat you can contact me via email or a call/text to arrange a time to get together to discuss your day. It is important that you both feel I am the right Celebrant for you, and I am happy to answer any questions you may have and at this stage we can also check on availability.

Once you have decided if I am the Celebrant for you, I will confirm your date & we can arrange to get together again. Dependent on the current restrictions and your location this can either be done in person or via a video call platform.

Getting to know you.

Gather your ideas together, grab a drink, sit down and let’s chat about exactly what you are looking for, ideas about what you would like to include in your ceremony and how you would like it to feel. For me this is one of the most favourite parts of my job as I get to hear all about your story and what is important to you both as a couple.

Whether you know exactly what you want or if you are looking for some ideas’ I am happy to support you. I have many resources to hand to help you choose the perfect elements that can combine to make the perfect ceremony.  I am always open to new ceremony ideas too!

Writing the Ceremony.

Now it is time for me to be creative and bring your everything we have discussed to life in a ceremony that is personal and meaningful for you both. I love doing this!

I will have the draft ready for you in plenty of time before your wedding day so that you can take your time to read through and discuss anything you would like to add, take away or just tweak a little.

Should you wish to have rehearsal I am more than happy to have a run through with you before your big day.

The main objective is for you to be totally happy with the finished script so that you can trust your ceremony has been taken care of and that you are in good hands.

Your Wedding Day.

I am getting excited already!

Prior to your wedding day I will liaise with your venue and/or any planners.  On your wedding day I will arrive in plenty of time to ensure everything is in place for the ceremony. I can help to greet the guests and guide them to their seats if needed and be there for any support required.

And as the music cues, my smile will be there to welcome you and deliver the ceremony that will set the scene for one of the most cherished days of your life.

Memories & Keepsakes.

As a memory of your special day, I will also send to you a beautifully presented keepsake of your vows and a personalised wedding ceremony certificate.

Booking Fee and Payment.

After our initial call & you have decided if I am the right Celebrant for you, I will confirm your booking date via email and request a 50% booking fee along with completion of a booking form.   The booking will only be fully secured on receipt of the booking fee.  You will have a cooling off period of 14 days should you wish to cancel. The remainder of the fee will then be due no later than 30 days before the ceremony date.

*Please note that full T&C’s including the cancellation policy can be found here.
